Our family has been going to Jake's for decades! They are always professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and kind! As a woman who knows next to nothing about cars, it is a great relief to find someone I can trust when I have an issue! For example, my husband's Jeep battery died this summer. Jake's replaced it under warranty. Since my husband isn't driving much anymore, when he went to start it up recently it wouldn't start. Jake's charged it up for us, and suggested we get a "battery trickler" to keep the battery from dying from lack of use. I bought one, and they were kind enough to install it in our Jeep - no charge! Now my husband should be able to drive his Jeep without worrying about whether or not it will start, and I don't have to drive it to charge it up!

I drove up from WV on Tuesday and just north of Detroit on I 75 my lug nuts loosened on driver's side wheels. While visiting nearby friends, gave Jake's a visit and they graciously fit me in (we were heading north for our 50th anniversary). Jim (manager) showed me my problem and fully took care of it. I very much appreciated the friendly and expert service he and his technician gave us!

These guys are awesome. Brought my 2014 Cadillac in here for a weird electrical issue. While diagnosing they let me know that my diff was on the verge of imminent failure. They worked with me to get a few different quote options including new and used parts. I ultimately bought my own parts and these guys even installed the parts I supplied, which is a rarity now. They do not provide warranty on customer brought parts which is absolutely understandable and they did a great job with the install. I will be recommending and returning to these guys for any future repairs I may need. Thank you for taking the stress out of my car repair experience, especially one as impactful as a differential.
Needed a part delivered and they were more than willing to help me out. Process from start to finish was very professional and super freindly. Loved everyone i talked with. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs auto work.
